Unmasking ADHD

Hi, ich bin Rhea!

Ich bin Frau, Mutter, Autorin & frisch diagnostiziert mit ADHS.

Seit 35 Jahren darf ich zu Gast auf diesem wunderschönen, verrückten, herausfordernden Planeten sein.

Lange Jahre habe ich gesucht, zwischen Fehldiagnosen getaumelt um dann endlich die erlösende Information zu erhalten: ich habe ADHS.

Da ist tatsächlich etwas nicht normal mit mir, und statt dagegen anzukämpfen und verzweifelt zu versuchen, „normal“ sein zu wollen, möchte ich die nächsten 4 Jahre meines Lebens mir widmen.

Ich will mich wieder finden. Ich will mein Herzensbusiness (wieder) zu dem machen, was es sein kann. Ich will endlich schreiben. Ich will mich kennenlernen. Mich demaskieren. Und das umarmen, was ich bin. Wege finden, wie ich so leben kann, wie es sich für mich richtig anfühlt.
